Mai Tai

Ingredients

  • 5cl 1774 rum
  • 1.5cl Cointreau
  • 4cl fresh orange juice
  • 1.5cl fresh lemon juice
  • 2cl Orgeat syrup
Mix the mint stems with sugar and lime juice. Add rum and fill with sparkling water. Garnish with mint leaves and serve with ice.

Ti Punch

Ingredients

  • 6cl Karo Kann White rum
  • 2cl fresh lime juice
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with half a lime slice and serve directly without ice.

Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 6cl Karo Kann Gold rum
  • 2cl fresh dragon fruit
  • 2cl sugar cane syrup
Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with half a lime slice and serve directly without ice.

Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 4cl Amelia rum (aged 2 years)
  • 1 bar of Demerara Syrup
  • 2 drops Angostura Bitters
  • 2 gouttes de Orange Bitter
Combine rum, syrup and bitters in a mixing glass with ice. Stir vigorously and strain into a glass. Garnish with a piece of orange peel and serve on the rocks.

  • 1 cuillère à bar de Sirop Demerara
  • 2 gouttes de Angostura Bitters
  • 1.5cl de jus de citron frais
  • 2 gouttes de Orange Bitter

  • 4cl de rhum Amelia (vieilli de 2 ans)
  • 1 cuillère à bar de Sirop Demerara
  • 2 gouttes de Angostura Bitters
  • 1.5cl de jus de citron frais
  • 2 gouttes de Orange Bitter

Combiner le rhum, le sirop et le Bitter dans un verre à mélanger avec de la glace. Remuer vigoureusement et filtrer dans un verre. Garnir d’un morceau d’écorce d’orange et servir avec des glaçons.

Pina Colada

Ingredients

  • 4cl Karo Kann White rum
  • 2cl coconut liqueur / Malibu
  • 5cl coconut milk
  • 6cl fresh pineapple juice
  • 2cl lime juice milk
Blend with crushed ice until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass. Garnish with a slice of pineapple and serve with ice.
